Purim
At Purim time, nahafoch hu, the world is turned upside down. The devastation which was expected was turned on its head into victory. We live this in a number of ways – we reconnect with our inner child by donning costumes, we take what is normally serious ritually and make light of it, and, instead of collecting and acquiring, we give to friends and those in need. It's a time for us to reconnect to that lightness and shed the layers of accumulated apathy, to stand up for what is right in the world. We hope that, whether you're a child in age or at heart, you'll join us as we turn over our texts and our hearts. Below, you'll find a list of our Purim festivities. We hope you'll join us. There will be fun for everyone!
