Reverse Tashlich ⏺️

Join AA's Greening Group for Reverse Tashlich! The ritual of Tashlich requires us to symbolically cast our sins into a body of moving water; Reverse Tashlich asks us to remove human-made trash from our rivers and streams.
This year, like last year, we will clean the Peachtree Creek Greenway, a beautiful walking/running path just a few miles east of AA but a mile east of last year's meeting spot. Please arrive at the parking lot by 1:45 p.m. in order to register. All are welcome to stay on dry ground, but, if you plan on getting down and dirty, be sure to wear boots. Please bring your own reusable water bottle. Gloves will be provided.
This is AA's fifth year participating, and we will be one of over 200 Reverse Tashlich events across the globe on that day, coordinated through Repair the Sea. Our event is co-sponsored by the Ahavath Achim Synagogue, Congregation Shearith Israel, Congregation Beth Shalom, and Adamah-Atlanta.
Registration is required (link below) by Thursday, September 7.
