In an effort to maintain safety in a rapidly-changing Covid environment, we now require registration for all in-person events held at AA Synagogue. Whether registering online or over the phone, registrants 16 years or older will be required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result prior to the event. (Negative PCR test results are only valid for 48 hours and, therefore, must be shown at the door on the day of the event.) A mask must be worn at all times when inside the building.

Family Simchat Torah and Kindergarten Consecration

Tue, Sep 28 @ 5:30 pm

All families are invited to join us to celebrate Simchat Torah and Kindergarten Consecration. Consecration marks the beginning of a child's formal Jewish education, and it is perfectly paired with Simchat Torah, in which we conclude and begin again the cycle of Torah with an outburst of joy. During this special ceremony, our kindergarten students stand with our rabbis and receive a blessing and their own Torah.

RSVP is requested to Sharon Graetz (sgraetz@aasynagogue.org; 404.603.5754).
