Our activity is geared towards fun and engagement. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a heartwarming morning of baking and giving back this Purim season! Learn the art of crafting perfect hamantaschen—those beloved triangular cookies that tell the story of triumph over evil in the Purim tale. Our experienced bakers will guide you through creating these traditional treats filled with poppy seeds\, fruit preserves\, and chocolate. \nWhile you'll take home your delicious hamantaschen\, the true sweetness comes from fulfilling the mitzvah of Matanot LaEvyonim (giving to the needy). Together\, we'll prepare care packages filled with fresh-baked goods for our unhoused neighbors and others in need throughout Atlanta. It's a meaningful way to honor Purim's spirit of joy and generosity. \nAll ingredients and materials will be provided. No prior baking experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and giving spirit! \nThis event is free\, but space is limited\, so registration is required by Friday\, February 28. \nQuestions?
