Bluegrass Weekend Experience: Community Concert ft. Nefesh Mountain

Nefesh Mountain is the place where Bluegrass, Old-Time, and American Roots music meet with Jewish heritage and tradition. Creators, band leaders and husband and wife team Doni Zasloff and Eric Lindberg are the heart of this eclectic offering, pioneering a new world of American culture which seamlessly blends their deep love for American and Western musical forms with their own cultural backgrounds as Jewish Americans. (Also, join us and special guest, Congregation Bet Haverim, on Saturday, September 7 at 9:30 am for our Shabbat morning service where they will sing their rendition of Nefesh Mountain’s Tree of Life).

Bluegrass Weekend Experience: BBQ and Shabbat with Nefesh Mountain

Save the date for Ahavath Achim Synagogue’s 4th Annual Bluegrass Shabbat as part of our Bluegrass Weekend Experience with Nefesh Mountain! Enjoy Kosher BBQ, friends, and family while listening to the sweet bluegrass tunes of our musical guest, Nefesh Mountain. We will end the evening with a musical Shabbat family service. The event is for ALL ages, and members are encouraged to attend and bring guests!
