Planning For the Future

Include Ahavath Achim in your will or estate plan. Creating your Jewish legacy is a great way to express your support for our Ahavath Achim Synagogue, and ensures that you and your passion and values will be remembered and continued when you are no longer here. By leaving a legacy, you will help to ensure that the institution and traditions you love will remain vibrant and strong for future generations.

A Legacy gift allows anyone to make a difference, regardless of age or wealth, for future generations – l'dor v'dor – "from generation to generation." Legacy gifts can include endowments, annuities, trusts, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), 401(k) accounts, term life insurance, specific bequests in the form of cash, property (such as shares of stock in a company) or a certain percent of your estate's total value, or a residuary bequest.

If you have questions about how to include AA in your estate plans and create your own Jewish legacy, please contact the Executive Director: Barry Herman (; 404.603.5746).
