In addition to serving as this year's High Holiday cantor\, the synagogue leadership is exploring the possibility of a more prolonged engagement with Hazzan Kates as our congregation's next full-time clergy member. Come and join her for singing\, prayer\, learning\, and more. We look forward to your participation and feedback as we explore this exciting opportunity for our community. \nSchedule: \n\nFriday\, August 23\n\n6:00 p.m.: Shabbat Evening Service with Hazzan Helene Kates 🔀 (Ellman Chapel and Zoom)\n\n\nSaturday\, August 24\n\n9:30 a.m.: Shabbat Morning Service with Hazzan Helene Kates 🔀—Helene will lead the service and offer a special Torah-centered story. (Ellman Chapel and Zoom)\n12:30 p.m.: Rebbe's Tish Honoring Torah Study Leaders 🔀—Join the Torah Study facilitators and Hazzan Helene Kates for kiddush\, singing\, and some Torah wisdom.
