We now require all in-person attendees of services, study groups, meetings, and other synagogue functions to be fully vaccinated. Exceptions to this policy will be extended only to (i) individuals whose physicians have advised against receiving the vaccine (with such advise evidenced in writing) and (ii) children under 12 years old until such time as they can be fully vaccinated pursuant to FDA authorization and CDC recommendation guidelines. In addition, masks must be worn at all times inside the building.
mAAc Meets: Tuesdays@AA
Tue, Dec 14 @ 10:00 am
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Join mAAc members, fellow congregants, and one of the AA rabbis every Tuesday for this exciting discussion group. Rabbis Laurence Rosenthal and Sam Blustin will alternate weeks leading a one-hour online learning course by the Shalom Hartman Institute. The course, iEngage: Together and Apart, addresses the complex features of Jewish peoplehood and the contemporary challenges to the Jewish people in an era in which we have moved from having no home to having two different, vibrant, homes, one in Israel and one in North America.
